SHIPPING

We ship through EMS Speedpost, USPS, DHL and UPS Courier.

Orders are shipped within 7-12 business days after processing, and tracking details will be provided after shipment.

USA: $15 for the first item + $5 for each additional item.

Rest of World: $25 for the first item + $5 for each additional item.

Jewellery items can take up to 10 business days for polishing, finishing, packing and handling.

COMBINED SHIPPING

We can combine shipping for up to 5 items in one package. This limitation is maintained to reduce the risk of pilferage and to ensure the safe delivery of your jewellery. The limit may be revised for regular buyers.

PAYMENT

Payment must be made within 3 days of purchase. Until payment is received, the item may remain available to other buyers.

CUSTOMS AND TAXES

We endeavour to deliver your order free of duties and taxes wherever possible. However, customs regulations and taxation laws vary from country to country.

Any eventual customs duties, taxes or other charges imposed by your local authorities are the buyer's responsibility.

For USA customers, any applicable tariffs or import charges are not required to be paid by the customer where covered under our shipping arrangements.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition in which it was received.

Please check the jewellery carefully against the listing upon receipt. Claims made after the 14-day return period cannot be accepted.

Returned items must be unused, original and undamaged and must be shipped using a trackable service.

Refunds will be made through PayPal or bank transfer within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Our jewellery is made in 925 Sterling Silver with Nickel Free Rhodium Plating.
