PAYMENT

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Please return the item in its original packaging and ensure that it is in the same condition as received. Kindly check the item and listing carefully upon receipt, as claims made after this period cannot be accepted.

Returned jewellery must be unused, original and undamaged and must be shipped using a trackable service.

Refunds will be issued through PayPal or Bank Transfer within 5-7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
