SHIPPING

We ship through EMS Speedpost, USPS, DHL and UPS Courier.

Orders are generally delivered within 7-12 business days after processing, and tracking details will be provided once the order has been shipped.

Shipping charges:

• USA: $15 for the first item + $5 for each additional item.
• Rest of the World: $25 for the first item + $5 for each additional item.

Please note that jewellery items can take up to 10 business days for polishing, finishing, packing and handling before dispatch.

COMBINED SHIPPING

We can combine shipping for up to 5 items in one shipment. This limitation is maintained to reduce the possibility of pilferage and to ensure that your jewellery reaches you safely and securely.

For our regular buyers, this limit may be revised based on individual circumstances.

PAYMENT

Payment should be completed within 3 days of purchase. Until payment is received, the item may remain available to other buyers.

CUSTOMS AND TAXES

We endeavour to deliver your jewellery free of duties and taxes wherever possible. However, customs regulations and tax requirements vary from country to country.

Any duties, taxes or charges eventually imposed by your local customs authorities are the buyer's responsibility.

For customers in the USA, applicable tariffs or customs charges, if any, are handled according to prevailing regulations and will not be required from the customer in advance by us.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

The item must be returned in its original packing and condition. Please carefully check the item against the listing upon receipt. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

Items must be unused, original and undamaged. All returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping service.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed through PayPal or bank transfer within 5-7 business days.

Our jewellery is made using 925 Sterling Silver with Nickel Free Rhodium Plating.

Please note that although the rhodium plating is nickel free, individual sensitivity to jewellery metals can vary.
