SHIPPING

We ship through EMS Speedpost / USPS / DHL / UPS Courier.

Orders are shipped within 7-12 business days after processing, and tracking details are provided once the order has been dispatched.

USA: $15 for the first item + $5 for each additional item.

Rest of World: $25 for the first item + $5 for each additional item.

Please note that jewellery items can take up to 10 business days for polishing, finishing, packing and handling.

We offer combined shipping for up to 5 items in one shipment.

We limit the number of jewellery items in a single package to reduce the possibility of pilferage and to ensure that your purchase reaches you safely and satisfactorily.

PAYMENT

Payment must be made within 3 days of purchase.

Until payment is received, the item remains available for purchase by other customers.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

The item must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition in which it was received. Please carefully check the item against the listing upon receipt, as claims cannot be accepted after the specified return period.

Returned jewellery must be unused, original and undamaged.

All returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds will be made through PayPal or Bank Transfer within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
