SHIPPING

We ship through EMS Speedpost / USPS / DHL / UPS Courier.

Orders are shipped within 7-12 business days after processing and a tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

USA: $15 for the first item + $5 for each additional item.

Rest of World: $25 for the first item + $5 for each additional item.

Please note that jewellery items can take up to 10 business days for polishing, finishing, packing and handling.

COMBINED SHIPPING

We can combine shipping for up to 5 items in one package. This helps minimize shipping costs while maintaining the safety of your jewellery.

Due to pilferage concerns and to ensure customer satisfaction, we limit the number of jewellery items that can be shipped together. This limit may be revised for regular buyers.

PAYMENT

Payment should be made within 3 days of purchase. Until payment is received, the item may remain available to other buyers.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

The item must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition in which it was received. Please carefully check the item and listing details upon receipt, as claims made after this period may not be accepted.

Items must be unused, original and undamaged. Returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds will be issued through PayPal or bank transfer within 5-7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
