The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses, rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. Orders requiring engraving or any customization will require additional time and will be shipped in 10 working days.
For shipments delivered outside DELHI NCR, the customer’s state may charge an OCTORI Duty on the top of the price of the item. These charges are beyond our control and can’t be reimbursed.

We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged. In cases of refusal, either the cost of the goods or return service costs will be assessed. International Shipping:
International shipping charges are mentioned on our website. Shipping charges and transit time will vary, depending on the location. All international packages are shipped via DHL / FedEx. All transit times are Monday to Saturday. International delivery cannot be guaranteed within a time frame due to customs.
International delivery time is approximately 3 to 9 business days.
For some shipments delivered outside the India, the importing country may charge an import duty/VAT on top of the price of the item. These charges are beyond our control and can’t be reimbursed. For our European Clients we have assigned an agent in UK and your items are VAT Paid so in most cases you will not have to bear any additional costs.

Cancellation of Order by User:
Cancellation of order within 6 hours without penalty, except the 3.5% Merchant Processor Charges After placing an order, customer can only cancel the order if the order state is showing as pending under Order History. Cancellations have to be made within (maximum) 6 Hours of placing an order. For canceling your order, you will have to get in touch with our Customer Support Team by sending an email giving your Order Number.
In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and till that time the order has already been processed by us,the order cannot be canceled. Zeediamonds.com has complete right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not. Also, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by zeediamonds.com and accept zeediamonds.com decision regarding the cancellation as final.
In case of Gift Certificate
Gift Certificate will not be canceled, user can demand for extension of expiry date within 3 days of purchase.
Cancellation of Order by ZeeDiamonds
ZeeDiamonds reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.
If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by ZeeDiamonds for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User.
