SHIPPING

We ship through EMS Speedpost/USPS/DHL/UPS Courier. Delivery usually takes 7-12 business days after processing and tracking details will be provided once the item is shipped.

USA: $15 for the first item + $5 for each additional item.

Rest of World: $25 for the first item + $5 for each additional item.

Please note that jewellery items can take up to 10 business days for polishing, finishing, packing and handling.

COMBINED SHIPPING

We can combine shipping for up to 5 items. This limitation is maintained to minimize the risk of pilferage during transit and to ensure that every item reaches you safely and satisfactorily. This limit may be revised for our regular buyers.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Items must be unused, original and undamaged. Returns must be shipped using a trackable service. Refunds will be issued through PayPal or bank transfer within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
