SHIPPING

We ship through EMS Speedpost / USPS / DHL / UPS Courier.

Shipping generally takes 7-12 business days after processing, and tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.

USA: $15 for the first item + $5 for each additional item.

Rest of World: $25 for the first item + $5 for each additional item.

Please note that jewellery items can take up to 10 business days for polishing, finishing, packing and handling before dispatch.

COMBINED SHIPPING

We can combine shipping for up to 5 items in one package. This limit is maintained to reduce the risk of pilferage and to ensure that your jewellery reaches you safely and satisfactorily. This limit may be revised for our regular buyers.

PAYMENT

Payment must be made within 3 days of purchase. Until payment is received, the item remains available for sale to other customers.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received.

Please carefully check the item against the listing details upon receipt. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

Returned jewellery must be unused, original and undamaged. Returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds will be issued through PayPal or bank transfer within 5-7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
