SHIPPING

We ship through EMS Speedpost/USPS/DHL/UPS Courier, 7-12 business days after processing. Tracking details will be provided after shipment.

USA: $15 for the first item + $5 for each additional item.
Rest of World: $25 for the first item + $5 for each additional item.

Jewellery items can take up to 10 business days for polishing, finishing, packing and handling.

COMBINED SHIPPING

We can combine shipping for up to 5 items. This limitation is maintained to reduce the possibility of pilferage and to ensure that your jewellery reaches you safely and securely. This limit may be revised for regular buyers.

PAYMENT

Payment should be made within 3 days. The item remains available to other customers until payment is received.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns within 14 days. The item must be returned in its original packing and condition. Please check the item against the listing upon receipt, as we cannot accept claims thereafter.

Returned items must be unused, original and undamaged and must be sent using a trackable shipping service. Refunds will be issued through PayPal or bank transfer within 5-7 days after receipt of the returned item.
