SHIPPING

We ship through EMS Speedpost / USPS / DHL / UPS Courier.

Orders are shipped within 7-12 business days after processing, and tracking details will be provided once the order has been shipped.

USA: $15 for the first item + $5 for each additional item.

Rest of World: $25 for the first item + $5 for each additional item.

Jewellery items can take up to 10 business days for polishing, finishing, packing and handling.

COMBINED SHIPPING

We can combine shipping for up to 5 items in one shipment. This limit is maintained to reduce the risk of pilferage and to ensure that your jewellery reaches you safely and securely.

For regular buyers, this limit may be revised depending on the order and shipping requirements.

PAYMENT

Payment should be completed within 3 days of purchase. Until payment is received, the item remains available for purchase by other customers.

CUSTOMS AND TAXES

Any eventual customs duties, taxes or import charges applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt.

The item must be returned in its original packaging and original condition. Please carefully check the item against the listing and contact us immediately if there is any issue. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

Returned jewellery must be unused, original and undamaged and must be shipped using a trackable shipping service.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed through PayPal or bank transfer within 5-7 business days.

METAL

The jewellery is made in 925 Sterling Silver with Nickel Free Rhodium Plating.

Although the rhodium plating provides a protective finish, customers with known metal sensitivities or allergies should consider their individual requirements before purchasing.
