SHIPPING

We ship through EMS Speedpost/USPS/DHL/UPS Courier. Shipping takes approximately 7-12 business days after processing, and tracking details will be provided once the item is shipped.

USA: $15 for the first item + $5 for each additional item.
Rest of World: $25 for the first item + $5 for each additional item.

Please note that jewellery items can take up to 10 business days for polishing, finishing, packing and handling before shipment.

We can combine shipping for up to 5 items. This limitation is maintained to reduce the possibility of pilferage and to ensure that your jewellery reaches you safely and securely. This limit may be revised for regular buyers.

PAYMENT

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in its original packing and in the same condition in which it was received. Please carefully check the item against the listing upon receipt, as we cannot accept claims after this period.

Returned items must be unused, original and undamaged and must be sent using a trackable shipping service. Refunds will be issued through PayPal or bank transfer within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
