SHIPPING

Shipping is by EMS Speedpost/USPS/DHL/UPS Courier to reach you in 7-12 business days after processing the order. Tracking is provided.

USA: $15 for first item and $5 for each additional item.

Rest of World: $25 for first item and $5 for each additional item.

Please note Jewelry items can take up to 10 business days to process to take care of polishing, finishing, packing and handling etc.

COMBINED SHIPPING

Combined shipping discount is available up to 5 (Five) items in an order. This is to avoid pilferage enroute as well as to ensure that you are happy with the merchandise. Once you have received the items you may buy additional items again. For regular buyers this limit may be revised.

PAYMENT

Buyers are requested to pay within 3 (Three) days of purchase. The item will also be available for purchase to other buyers till such time that the payment is received.

CUSTOMS AND TAXES

We make all endeavours to ensure that all items are delivered to you free of any additional custom duties or Taxes. However, local laws vary from country to country and the payment of any eventual custom duties, charges etc. will be at the buyer's expense.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

You can return the item within 14 days of receiving the parcel. Please return in original packing. Buyers are required to check and ensure that the item/s are in good condition and as per item listing on Zee Diamonds as no claims for returns and refunds will be entertained thereafter.

The returned item should be unused and in original and undamaged condition. Buyer will be required to ensure that the item is sent by trackable shipper.

Refunds are made by PayPal or Bank transfer and may take up to 5-7 days after receiving back the product/s.

DISPUTES

We aim to settle all disputes amicably. Please do not open any dispute for dissatisfaction or for non-receipt or to return an item. We are available via emails and most messages are replied to within a few hours. Personalised satisfaction is of utmost importance to us.

METAL

Metal options are available in 925 Sterling Silver, 10K, 14K, 18K, 22K, Platinum, and 24K Fine Gold. Please refrain from buying if you have an allergic reaction to metals. We will not be responsible for any health problems in this regard.
